These are some frequently asked question to us.

  • We are stores with local staffs where you can freely ask them about anything with ease and make a casual conversation. We are always ready to consult about your items that you are willing to sell.
    We are also engaged in eco-friendly and charitable activities, in which a portion of our sales is being donated to those organizations who are supporting African children.

  • We purchase damaged or broken jewelry and precious metals as well because we do not only resell or recycle all the items that we purchase, but regarding the broken jewelry and precious metals, they can be melted down, removed off impurities and transformed into new precious metals or fine jewelry items.

  • Yes, it's okay to come only for an appraisal.
    It is not necessary to sell it to us.
    If you would only like to know the value of your precious metals, please feel free to visit us with your items for an on-the-spot assessment and their value price, we do not charge any appraisal fee.
    After the result of an assessment, you can take your items back without any appraisal fee.
    "Please kindly note that we are unable to assist with stamps appraisals since it takes a lot of time to evaluate. Please kindly understand."

  • No fee will be charged.
    We also accept requests for appraisals and quotations only.
    Appraisal and quotation service are free too.

  • We always ask for proof of identification for verification purpose, since it is required by Japanese law.
    If you forget to bring your identification, we may not be able to assist you further, so we kindly request you to bring it with you.
    We use your identity to verify your identification as well as to maintain records as it is required by the "Secondhand Goods Business Act".
    It will not be used for any other purpose. For more information, please check our Privacy Policy.

  • Yes, you can use other documents for proof of identity other than a driver's license such as insurance card, passport, or Certificate of Residence/Basic Resident Registration Card (must have a photograph).
    Photocopies of the Residence Certificate are not acceptable, for the original one, it must have been issued within the last 3 months.
    Please note that employee ID cards, utility bill statements, etc. are not acceptable.

  • We will not use your personal information for any other purpose other identification verification.

  • For customers who have difficulty visiting our store, we offer mail service or on-site purchasing service where we come to your house for an appraisal to buy the item.
    If you are within our service area, we will visit you with just one phone call.
    Customers outside of our service area are suggested to use our mail service appraisal.

  • No, travelling cost or mailing fees will not be charged.
    We will even cover the bank transfer fee when you make a banking transaction, so please feel free to apply for this service.
    But customers will be responsible for return shipping fees in case if deal is failed to complete.
    "Return shipping fees will be cash-on-delivery."

  • If you are not satisfied with the appraised value or if you wish to cancel the sale, please let us know and we will promptly return the items to you.
    "Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping charges in such cases."

  • Any box that is suitable for mailing is fine.
    If you have any unused cardboard boxes at home, you can use them.
    However, while packing shipment please fill in the gaps with cushioning materials such as newspapers to prevent shipment damages.

  • If it is difficult for you to bring the items to our store, we recommend you to use mail service or on-site purchasing service.
    Please feel free to give us a call first, and we will provide you with further instructions.

  • We will visit your home according to your convenient date and time.
    Please call us first for details.

  • No advance reservation is necessary.
    Please come directly to the store.

  • We are available 24/7 for in-store purchase, on-site purchase, and mail service purchases.

  • お買取りしましたお品物をリサイクル商品としてまた販売するだけではなく、壊れた貴金属は一度溶かし、不純物を取り除いてまた新しく貴金属として生まれ変わらせることができるのです。
    ですから、欠損している貴金属も喜んでお買取りしております。

    必ずお売りくださる必要はございません。
    今お持ちの貴金属類の価値がお知りになりたい、という方も是非お越しください。
    その場で査定・結果のご連絡をいたします。
    お品物はそのままお持ち帰りください。

  • 法律で定められているため、必ず身分証明をご提示していただいております。
    お忘れの場合は、ご対応出来ない場合がございますので、必ずお持ちくださいますようお願いいたします。
    身分証明は古物営業法で定められた署名文書及び身分確認書類として使用いたします。
    その他の目的には一切使用いたしません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

  • 身分証明書は、運転免許証や保険証、パスポート、住民票・住民基本台帳カード(写真付のものに限る)のいずれかをお持ちください。
    住民票につきましてはコピーは不可となり、また発行から3ヶ月以内のもののみとさせていただきます。
    社員証・公共料金の明細書などは不可となりますのでご了承ください。
