How to read LV DATE CODE?
All of you crazy Louis Vuitton lover most have seen this hidden tag with two letter followed with four digit number inside you bags and wallets. Do you know what this is? or Do you know how to read this code? If not then let me tell you, because I had learned this last week from my senior.
Since the 1980s Louis Vuitton began using date code system to give detail of where and when its bags were made. On Louis Vuitton tags made from 1990-2006 i.e. DU0260 would be an LV code which says bag made in France in the 6th month(June) (first and third digits 0 & 6) of the year 2020 (second and fourth digits 2 & 0). On Louis Vuitton bags made from 2007 to present, the first and third numbers represent the week, while the second and fourth numbers represent the year the bag was made. i.e. DU2250 would be the 25th week (first and third digits 2 & 5) in the year 2020 (second and fourth digits 2 & 0).

これが何かわかりますか？ このコードの読み方を知っていますか？
もし知らない場合は今からお伝えいたします。私も先週、先輩から教えてもらったことです。
1980年から、ルイ・ヴィトンは、バッグがいつ、どこで作られたかをわかるために、日付コードシステムを使用するようになりました。1990年から2006年に製造されたルイ・ヴィトンのバッグの場合、例えばDU0260は、2020年の6月 製造されたものです。DUは製造された会社の名前と（1桁目と3桁目が0と6が月）で（2桁目と4桁目が2と0が年）のLVの日付コードとなります。
2007年から現在までに製造されたルイ・ヴィトンのハンドバッグ場合1番目と3番目の数字は週を、2番目と4番目の数字は年になります。例えば DU2250は、2020年（2桁目と4桁目が2と0）の第25週（1桁目と3桁目が2と5）になります。
